Rochester

We drove to Rochester this weekend to celebrate a friends birthday and to collect 25,000 pounds of wood. (Another story) I did well on the long drive. It helped that I got to watch TV the whole way. Yea for modern conveniences.

I really enjoyed Coloring with Kris. She will make a great Mommy someday : )

Happy Birthday Mike!

We got to surprise Mike on his thirtieth birthday. It was great to be in town and to connect with a few old friends.

Breakfast with Some Pals

On Sunday morning we had breakfast with our friends from our old church. It was nice to see everyone. We have missed hanging out with them! The last time they saw me I was only 6 months old.

MeMa

We Arrived In Binghamton on Sunday Afternoon. Mema and I got some good snuggling time in before I had to hit the hay. The reading material is inspired by my Aunt Alicia. BTW, that is my camera smile. Say "Cheese!"

First Snow

We had to go to Binghamton to see our first snow this year. It was nice and sticky, so I helped Mommy make a snow-fisher-man in honor of Papa. This snowman wishes he was on the San Juan River right about now.

Mommy didn't bring snowpants or boots with us, so she put two pairs of polar fleece pants on me and covered my feet with plastic bags secured with rubber bands. It isn't terribly fashionable, but it did keep me warm and dry.

I made friends with this kitty too.

Gots Me a Deer

My Aunt Alicia shot her first deer with bow and arrow yesterday. It was pretty cool to be so up close to a deer. It didn't bother me that it wasn't alive. Now we have a tasty holiday meal. This buck got big by way of eating veggies out of Mama and Grandpa's garden. He also took off with our fence, which was put up to keep out the deer. It was wrapped around him and a tree when Aunt Alicia shot him.
