Memorial Day Parade

On Monday we went to the Memorial Day Parade in Topsham.

I especially enjoyed waving my flag.

Savannah and Elijah were there too.

And so was my wacky Daddy.

What am I?

Cousin Savannah came home from school like this yesterday. I love my cousins, they make me happy.

Playing with friends

I got together with my friends Sacha, Gwendolyn and Beckett. I love playing with all of Gwendolyn's toys. My cousin Elijah came along to play with Beckett. We all had a lovely time.

Queen of the Chickens

Grandpa just bought some more egg laying chickens. I love the chickens.

I love to pick the chicks up by the neck.***

Queen of the Chickens.

MMM, tastes like chicken.

I love Spaghetti, I guess that's the Italian in me!

...Desperate Alewives...

Tonight we went a-looking for some Alewives.

A-looking we did go.

We didn't actually see any alewives, but we did see some geese re-enacting "Stand By Me"

And some beautiful scenery

And an immature bald eagle.

(Every year, the Alewives return to their original birth place to spawn. The fish ladder in Damariscotta, Maine aids in their journey. Unfortunately, they're running a little late this year.)

Sick Again

I have a cold, once again. At the end of today, I was so tired, I fell asleep in my Papi's arms. I haven't done that since Christmas.

8 months old

I know, this isn't a great photo, but Mama has a hard time photographing an eight month old that won't stop moving!

Wolfe's Neck State Park

Today we went to the park and I got to see the ocean for the very first time. Boy, it sure was pretty!

What the....?

I see, it's a tassle

Is that a camera lens?

Does it help if I get a little closer?

Pony Tail

My hair is now long enough to put up in a pony tail. I only cried a little bit when mama did it.

Lunch

The only time I officially sit still these days is at meal times.

Holy Children

Grandma Kay brought us back some cool gifts from Israel.
