Cousins, Cousins, and More Cousins!

I have lots and lots of cousins, not all of them are first cousins, but we are all family. Here are just a few that I had my picture taken with:
Christopher, and Elijah (whom you all know)

Savannah and Elijah (my true first cousins)

Kara and Leanne (they are twins)

Benjamin and Nicholas

Savannah, Elijah, Brian, Justin, Jason, and Amanda

And here is the entire crew of cousins, aunts, uncles, parents, grandparents, and great grands!

Whoah, Tickle torture...

Trike

Daddy picked up this cool tricycle. This is the first time I can sit on it and reach the pedals, and I thought it was really fun to ride around on. Daddy helped by pulling me with a bungee attached to the front.

Getting Ready for Reunion

I helped Mama and Daddy get the barn ready for family reunion. I was mostly comic relief, but I help in any way I can.

Beach Trip

of course a trip to Maine is never complete without the obligatory beach visit. We brought a picnic of lobster rolls and strawberry pies, and it was scrumdiddlyumptious.

I like lobster!

Mema helped me get my feet wet. Wow it was really cold! And yet, I couldn't get enough. Even when a wave knocked me over and Mommy took me out I wanted to go back for more action.

I thought my reflection was pretty funny in these mirrors. I was making all kinds of faces at myself.

Hanging Out

Mema and Papa are visiting this week, and as a consequence there are lots of new pictures of me.

Lobsterman!

We headed on down to the shore to pick up some lobsters for our supper. Fortunately for us, we know Mr. and Mrs. Clark and we got a first hand lobsterman experience.

I put on my life jacket so that we could go for a ride in Jim's lobster boat.

Loading on the boat.

I loved the boat ride. I wasn't afraid at all. I loved the wind in my hair and the sea spray in my face. What a Maine girl I am!

Mr. Clark even let Mommy pilot the boat.

As many of you know Mema is not one to go on any boat. But here she is after our boat ride looking refreshed and thrilled!

And of course the big finale, lobster for dinner!
