I'm a Big Kid Now!

Today I got my very first hair cut. Mama said it was time to clean up my hair, and boy, am I glad I did. Not only did I get to go to this super cool hair salon, I also feel lighter! I pretty much enjoy anything involving scissors, and this was no different.


This is the place. The person who came up with this idea is not only a genius, but insane-ly rich!

"So, Miss Hairdresser, I would like a little off the sides and a bit shorter in the back..."

Weekend Getaway

We were invited to spend a weekend with Sarah, Lilly and Mike at their parent's camp up North. Mike got the flu at the last minute, so he couldn't make it, but we still had a lovely time. I especially enjoyed playing with Lilly, even though I had to share my toys and food and what not. She was a good sport.

Our parents attempted a snowshoe outing, which was more or less unsuccessful. I don't think they were fully prepared for how much more work it is to snowshoe with children strapped to one's body/being towed behind oneself. Anyhow, the effort is worth a pat on the back. Better luck next time parents!
